Senior Revenue Analyst - Revenue Accounting (Remote - India)

Accountabilities:

• Review customer contracts to ensure proper revenue accounting in accordance with IFRS 15.
• Lead monthly revenue close activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of recognized revenue.
• Process revenue-bearing transactions in the ERP system and reconcile related accounts at period-end.
• Analyze complex revenue arrangements and apply the appropriate accounting treatment.
• Prepare revenue disclosures and footnotes for financial and statutory reporting.
• Support external audit and compliance activities with well-documented evidence and reports.
• Collaborate across departments to improve revenue-related processes and introduce automation for enhanced efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance revenue accounting policies, procedures, and metrics for internal and external reporting.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably within the technology sector or a Big 4 firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical application of IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and providing clear, actionable insights.
• Highly analytical mindset, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
