What you'll do
Brand Marketing & Content Strategy Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of brand marketing principles and content strategy to ensure insights and recommendations are aligned with the client’s brand goals and audience engagement strategies.
Expertise in Social Media & Digital Trends: Leverage an advanced understanding of social media platforms, metrics, and trends to contextualize insights and deliver forward-thinking recommendations that address the client’s needs.
Passion for the Platform: Bring an innate enthusiasm for the power of short-form video and social storytelling, with a keen ability to identify and articulate platform-specific opportunities that align with the client’s goals.
Insight Generation & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights, delivering data-backed recommendations that drive strategic outcomes.
Custom Reporting & Recommendations: Develop and deliver customized reports and presentations that connect insights with the client’s brand strategy and objectives, emphasizing actionable outcomes.
Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of analysts, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality, client-aligned deliverables.
Collaboration with Client Teams: Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand objectives, refine research goals, and ensure deliverables meet their expectations.
Project Management: Manage multiple workflows, ensuring timely delivery of insights while coordinating effectively with internal and client teams.
What you have
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Professional Experience:5+ years of experience in research, analytics, or insights roles, with a focus on client-facing work and team management. Demonstrated expertise in brand marketing, content strategy, and social media insights.
Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms (especially short-form video and creative storytelling), digital engagement trends, and content creation strategies.
Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into compelling findings and actionable recommendations.
Client-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to develop insights and recommendations that directly impact client strategy, showing passion for driving brand growth and innovation.
Passion for Social Creativity: Genuine enthusiasm for exploring the evolving world of social storytelling and short-form video, with the ability to identify innovative opportunities that resonate with audiences.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
