The Senior Regional Business Development Manager will be crucial to Veeam’s growth in Southeast Asia and Korea. This role includes driving revenue growth and market share by identifying, pursuing, and closing large strategic regional deals in collaboration with local sales teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve sales targets for the designated territory and named accounts.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape across the region to address prospect’s regional needs..
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and align their goals with Veeam’s data protection solutions.
  • Expand Veeam wallet share with customers who have footprint across SEAK
  • Collaborate with local sales and channel teams to create effective partner engagement strategies.
  • Maintain robust business relationships and brand preference with key prospects/ customers
  • Work with Territory Managers, Sales Engineers, and Channel and Alliance teams to establish common goals for key prospects.
  • Provide inputs for forecasting and account opportunity management in Salesforce.

What You’ll Bring

  • Over 10 years of experience in selling to large regional accounts in Southeast Asia.
  • Proven success in developing high-value, cross-country deals.
  • A collaborative leader with a track record of guiding, developing, and executing strategies to achieve sales targets alongside in-country teams.
  • A growth mindset with experience in building new logos and winning competitive accounts.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
