What you'll do

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies

• Own and drive the full recruitment cycle end-to-end

• Design and optimise a structured hiring process that supports both individual role needs and broader company goals

• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

• Strengthen our employer brand and position us as a top destination for exceptional talent

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the process

What you need to have

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, high-growth hiring environment

• A strong drive for excellence and a mindset focused on continuous improvement

• A genuine passion for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent

• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills

• Strong writing skills and attention to detail

• Exceptional time management and organisational abilities

• Fluency in English
