ABOUT THE TEAM

The Recruitment Operations (RecOps) team partners closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring at Tide is efficient, scalable, and data-driven. We own and manage the TA systems ecosystem, design and continuously improve end-to-end recruitment processes, and enable recruiters to do their best work through strong tooling, clear workflows, and meaningful insights.
The team works hand-in-hand with TA leaders to build hiring processes, develop reporting and analytics, drive recruiter learning and onboarding, and run key recruitment programs and initiatives. We also collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners including People Operations, People Partnering, Employer Branding, Finance, and Tech, acting as the central operational interface for TA across these forums.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Recruitment Operations Analyst you will:

  • Act as a critical support function within the Recruitment Operations team, driving operational excellence across recruiting systems, processes, and projects
  • Serve as the first point of contact for recruiter support, resolving system and process queries efficiently
  • Manage and coordinate vendor relationships with recruiting system partners
  • Support and coordinate recruitment-related projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement across recruiting processes and tools to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Own basic data reporting and insights to support Talent Acquisition decision-making
  • Train recruiters and stakeholders on recruiting systems and tools
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation to enable scalable and repeatable recruiting operations
  • Collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Thrive in ambiguity and take a proactive, organised approach to problem-solving

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with recruiting systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), assessment platforms
  • Strong capability with Google Sheets for data handling, reporting, and analysis
  • Prior exposure to recruitment operations, talent acquisition systems support, or process coordination
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience training or guiding recruiters or cross-functional partners on systems and processes
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous problems and partnering to define solutions
  • Strong organisational skills with an analytical mindset
  • Good to have: Prior experience in Recruitment
