About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Operations Analyst to join our growing Recruiting Ops organization. This role is critical to maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our recruiting ops function focusing on Recruiting tools and operational hygiene. You'll be the expert ensuring our systems drive both efficiency and data-driven decision making across the entire recruitment lifecycle.
This is a fully onsite position, requiring five days a week at our San Francisco, CA office.
What You'll Be Working On:
Responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, and supporting process improvements across our recruiting platforms.
Drive recruiting excellence through technology ensuring we are using the right tools, implementing the best processes, and making data informed decisions
Serve as subject matter expert and system administrator for Ashby (ATS) and TeamOhana (Headcount Management Tool)
Own configurations, workflow management, permissioning, troubleshooting, user support, and regular system audits
Analyze and refine TA processes through deep system and data analysis to increase recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction
Assist in the rollout of new features, enhancements, and system updates across Recruiting platforms
Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP, GDPR), manage audits, and implement best practices for managing sensitive candidate data
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
Ashby ATS experience or equivalent
3+ years working directly with Recruiting systems as an analyst, administrator
Deep understanding of modern end-to-end recruiting processes and systems
Experience with systems integration, API utilization, and data flow mapping across
Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences and vice versa

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $103,000 - $126,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
