Are you a strategic and dynamic recruiting professional with a passion for finding and attracting top-tier talent? We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across key departments (Finance, Technology, and Marketing). In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. 

As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our employee base while helping us scale with the right talent. Key responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing - Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for open and projected vacant roles, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Evaluation - Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, virtual, in-person), and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.• Stakeholder Collaboration- Partner with hiring managers, People Team, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Market Expertise - Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in recruitment, and the competitive landscape of merchandising talent.
  • Data Analysis - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Management - Build strong relationships with candidates, provide an exceptional candidate experience, and guide them through each stage of the interview process.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding - Negotiate offers with selected candidates and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, define requirements, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

Experience and background needed

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in full-lifecycle recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced environment and potentially with experience recruiting mid-level professionals and managers, within the Finance, Technology, and Marketing industries. 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques, including networking, online platforms, and potentially alternative channels like industry events or college recruiting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Greenhouse experience often preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with building and maintaining positive relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
