We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality talent, managing stakeholder relationships, improving hiring processes, and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment targets while working remotely.
This role requires strong recruitment expertise within the UAE market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across property management, real estate, corporate, and support functions.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the process.
- Negotiate offers and support hiring managers in closing candidates successfully.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic recruitment partner to department heads and leadership teams.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
- Manage expectations on timelines, candidate availability, and recruitment challenges.
- Deliver regular recruitment status updates and reports.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Proactively identify passive candidates in the UAE market.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Improve recruitment processes, workflows, and hiring efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure professional communication and positive candidate experience.
- Represent the company values and culture throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE.
- Experience hiring for real estate, property management, or service-based industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior level roles.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid recruitment environment is an advantage.

- HR or Recruitment certifications are an advantage.
- Possession of a valid own visa is advantageous.
