About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sr. Recruiter to join our People Team. You will play a key role in leading full-cycle recruiting for key positions across our US Team. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and drive talent strategies to bring best in class talent to Nanit. You’re obsessed with providing the most delightful candidate experience and understand the importance of building rapport and relationships through each interaction. The ideal candidate has had prior experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles at all levels. This role will report into our Senior Director of Global HR in the US. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior-to-mid and senior level roles across multiple functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals 
  • Lead interview process, providing insights to hiring managers and facilitating hiring decisions
  • Partner with People Team and leadership to create and implement best in class talent acquisition strategies
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports, providing insights to improve hiring processes
  • Represent the company positively to candidates, ensuring a high-quality and engaging candidate experience

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment, B2C CPG or SaaS companies preferred 
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple functions, including senior management roles 
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting internal hiring goals, while improving candidate quality 
  • Expertise in ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiting and AI Powered sourcing tools 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging hiring managers and executive leadership across the organization
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles and priorities

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC HQ 3 days per week. However, we will consider highly qualified remote candidates. 

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
