You will be the first recruiting hire and joining a team of eleven people (rapidly growing with your help). You will work directly with the CEO/CTO and build out the foundations of a world-class talent org. We are primarily hiring for engineering roles in London but also a few GTM roles in SF and London.
You should be obsessive about sourcing, candidate experience, tooling and excited to build a talent function from the ground up.

Compensation of base salary of £100k to £150k GBP in addition to significant equity.
