Senior Recruiter

About the Role

Matic is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our dynamic hiring needs across the entire organization. Joining a small but mighty team, you will have immense impact and ownership of all aspects of TA in Matic’s startup environment. With potential to launch a new GTM vertical, this role will partner with Matic leaders and executives to recruit, assess, and hire talent across insurance sales, customer service, and other departments.

Responsibilities 

• Full Cycle Recruiting - own the end-to end recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience 
• Active Sourcing - leveraging your network and social recruiting strategies to attract top talent to Matic. This is not a post and coast role!
• Market Intelligence & Executive Advising - a key part of your job will involve evaluating the insurance market landscape and advising our leadership team. You will be relied upon to make strategic recommendations on the ideal candidate profile, compensation trends, and hiring viability
• Strategic planning -  develop and execute long-term hiring strategies designed to elevate the performance of supported business units
• Data driven - our success isn’t generated by luck, instead we obsess over the details and study our data to understand how we can improve our candidate approach

Requirements 

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting licensed insurance producers
• Experience working in multiple markets
• Experience working directly with hiring leaders to shape assessment and interview processes
• Experience in developing and executing active candidate sourcing strategies; leveraging multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple hiring manager, departments and seniority levels of an organization including sales and customer service
• Experience using ATS (Greenhouse preferred) + HRIS software (BambooHR preferred)
