Summary We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to help recruit top talent in Taiwan and US/Canada in order to transform job search with AI. In this role, be the only recruiter of the company, report directly to the CEO, and make a huge impact. And since we’re in the job search space, you’ll also have rare opportunities to help shape our products for job seekers. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming job search and finding the best talent for our mission. What you'll help us with:

Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation 🤝

Partner closely with hiring managers and CEO to define role requirements and build high-quality pipelines

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets

Drive a strong candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback

Maintain and optimize ATS workflows and reporting to ensure hiring process efficiency and data integrityInfluence hiring strategy through market insights, hiring metrics, and process improvements

Represent the company’s brand in a compelling way across outreach, interviews, and industry eventsInterview candidates in different timezones if necessary (e.g. US, Canada) 

Work with Taiwan and US/Canada teams

Since we’re in the job search space, you’ll also have unique opportunities to provide feedback to shape the product! 

What will help you be successful:

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Agency recruiting and startup experience are required.

Proven experience in hiring both technical and business roles.

Proven record of recruiting in Taiwan and internationally is required, along with experience in managing interviews across time zones (e.g., US/Canada/Asia).

Excellent communication skills, paired with high energy and enthusiasm, are essential.

English fluency is required (native proficiency not necessary); Mandarin proficiency is considered a plus.

HR operations experience is a plus.
