About Us:
HeadQuarters is a global start-up that supports US cannabis companies in finance, sales, operations, and logistics. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts, drive talent acquisition strategy, and mentor a team of recruiters.
Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm PST (6 pm - 2 am Serbian time zone).
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to improve their performance.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through sourcing, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hiring best practices and company policies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position HeadQuarters as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and talent evaluation across various roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and executives.
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, and employer branding.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-moving, and results-driven environment.
