Navan is seeking an accomplished Senior GTM Recruiter to execute on our multi-org recruiting strategy, focused on building and scaling a strong pipeline of GTM talent across Marketing, Revenue Operations, and broader revenue functions. In this pivotal and dynamic role, you will own sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier GTM professionals who drive pipeline generation, operational excellence, and growth.
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate with GTM leadership to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through close.
