For our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter (f/m/x). In this position, you will be a sparring partner to Hiring Managers across various business units from Engineering to Commercial Teams and drive our scaling efforts. We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about finding exceptional people, not just filling roles. You bring the ability to manage high-volume hiring while staying deeply committed to selecting talent that truly elevates our culture, strengthens our teams, and raises the bar across the organisation.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have at least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a variety of roles, ranging from associate to executive levels.
- You have extensive experience hiring and building high-performing engineering teams across Europe.
- You stay up to date with the latest AI innovations in talent acquisition and integrate them into your day-to-day hiring workflows
- You are structured and consider metrics to be essential for streamlining processes.
- You love tracking recruiting activities and working in an OKRs environment.
- You are familiar with sourcing candidates using different platforms (e.g. Linkedin) and provide a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
- You are a candidate experience enthusiast and are up-to-date with the newest & best approaches to provide an excellent journey.
- You are fluent in English. German is a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will work as a recruiting expert independently working on roles across various levels.
- You will work collaborative with a team of talented recruiters to continuously share knowledge and improve our strategies.
- You will coordinate kick-off meetings with leaders, decide on the appropriate search strategy, conduct interviews and drive a data-driven decision-making process together with them.
- You ensure a first-class candidate experience by providing timely feedback and transparent communication throughout the whole recruitment process.
- You are keen to further develop and strengthen refurbed's candidate experience.
- You are aware of common hiring biases and are action-driven in coping with them to achieve a competency-based hiring process.
- You support or take the lead for further HR projects (e.g. hiring events, interview trainings, etc ...).
