Execute innovative recruiting campaigns using strategic targeting on LinkedIn and A/B testing to build a strong pipeline of candidates for top SaaS clients.
As a senior recruiter, you are responsible for expanding our client pipeline through custom searches on LinkedIn that match the job requirements. You'll be using prospecting strategies to identify ideal candidates for our recruiting campaigns. The goal of the senior recruiter is to establish a great pipeline of ideal candidates for our hire lead to interview and submit to our clients.
This position involves creative and analytical outreach in finding the right candidates to target for our recruiting campaign. If the target is a good fit, the recruiter will schedule an interview with our lead technical recruiter to begin the screening process.
