The Senior Radar Engineer will play a key role in advancing the performance and capability of Echodyne’s current and future radar systems. This position focuses on the research, design, and development of radar algorithms—from concept and simulation to system validation. The ideal candidate combines deep radar domain knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using simulation and real-world data to innovate in areas such as clutter mitigation, interference suppression, and field calibration.
Working within a small, highly collaborative radar algorithms team, this individual will partner closely with experts in antennas, electrical engineering, and data analysis to ensure that new algorithmic approaches translate effectively to high-performing radar systems. This role is ideal for a radar engineer who enjoys exploring novel solutions, building models and simulations, and developing a deep understanding of radar phenomenology to push the boundaries of sensing performance.
