Senior Quality Engineer

Salla, a forward-thinking technology company prioritizing innovation and quality, is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to elevate our software quality assurance efforts. In this role, you will leverage your extensive quality engineering expertise to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user satisfaction. You will work closely with our development teams to implement test strategies and improve our QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams to embed quality early.
• Own end-to-end quality assurance for complex products with a strong focus on functional testing.
• Define and execute QA strategy, test plans, and risk-based testing
• Lead functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing
• Define and execute test strategies aligned with product, AI, and business goals.
• Validate AI-driven features (accuracy, data quality, bias, drift, and reliability).
• Lead low-code / no-code test automation to accelerate regression and release cycles.
• Drive shift-left quality practices within Agile teams.
• Track and analyze quality metrics to proactively identify risks and improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Strong hands-on experience in functional testing and end-to-end QA for complex systems.
• Solid knowledge of Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or large-scale platforms
• Hands-on experience with low-code automation tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
