Job description​

• Lead Quality assurance of Factorial’s product​
• Lead getting Certifications for Factorial’s product(IATF16949, UN38.3, IEC, ISO, UL, etc)​
• Organize/summarize Evidence data, Documents and contribute the decision at the Gate reviews from Design phase through Mass production phase.​
• Manage QC process and QMS. Report/Record the status of daily qualities.​
• Lead and Organize quality improvement activities with Design/Process/Production team. ​
• Lead external communication for Quality assurance from Technical side and solve the issues with PM team and Costumer​
• Clarify the necessary document at the Gate review in advance and teach members what data is necessary by when and follow up receiving the data on time.​
• Prepare the necessary documents based on the data provided by Team members​
• Organize and secure the documents/evidences and promptly provide any documents/evidences required by Company​

​Qualifications​

• 5+ year of experience in Quality assurance for Lithium ion battery cell​
• Experience of lead PV(Product validation) of 2+ mass production project of LIB​
• Experience of lead getting Certifications for LIB of BEV(IATF16949, UN38.3, IEC, ISO, UL, etc) ​
• Experience of handling Design/Manufacturing defect by Recall or Product liability law of LIB with Legal team.​
• 3+ year of experience managing QC process and QMS​
• Strong written and verbal skills with clear and unambiguous wording in English ​
• 3+ year of experience in LIB Cell Design/validation for 1+ mass production project​
• Experience of documentation of 1+ mass production project for cell design and validation with following APQP process​
  (Matrix of Customer requirement and Cell function, DFMEA, Material specifications, Component drawings, Cell specification/drawing, Risk assessment/validation evidence for Design change DVP, DV evidence sheets, Control plan)​
• Experience of 1+ mass production for Process readiness/validation with Process team (PFMEA, Process flow chart, Matrix of Cell design specification and Process window)
• On-site in Korea, working closely with US team requiring late night/early morning work
