In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of software products throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with development teams to analyze requirements and create effective testing strategies that enhance both manual and automated testing processes. Accountabilities
Reviewing test basis (stories, FSD, design docs) and providing feedback on testability
Creating and designing efficient test cases for comprehensive coverage
Performing manual testing across Mobile applications, APIs, and Databases
Executing test processes including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and reporting
Providing feedback to software engineering to ensure business requirements are met
Supporting continuous integration, continuous testing, and release management
Actively participating in all facets of project quality
Requirements
BSc or MSc in Software/Computer Engineering or related fields
At least 4 years of experience in software testing
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Strong experience testing Mobile applications, APIs, and Databases
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with frameworks and tools like Postman
Knowledge of SQL and/or other scripting tools
Experience with Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Familiarity with test management systems, preferably Zephyr
Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development Approach, Java/other OO languages
Experience with databases such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, Cosmos, MongoDB, etc.
Analytical skills for root cause analysis and solution definition
ISTQB certification is a plus
