Role Overview:

We are hiring Senior QA to support testing of AI and GenAI solutions. This role requires prior QA experience, basic exposure to GenAI output validation, and an understanding of the insurance domain

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create and execute test cases based on functional and user story requirements 

  • Perform manual and semi-automated testing of GenAI-based features 

  • Validate model outputs, UI behavior, and end-to-end flows 

  • Log, track, and manage defects through resolution 

  • Coordinate with developers, product managers, and business analysts 

  • Support UAT and production readiness validation 

Shape

Required Skills: 

  • 2–5 years of QA experience in web/API-based applications 

  • Understanding of insurance domain (preferably in underwriting/claims) 

  • Exposure to testing GenAI model outputs and prompts 

  • Experience with QA tools ADO, JIRA, Postman, Selenium 

  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and teamwork skills 

  • Comfort working in agile sprints and fast-paced deliveries
