We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to work with one of our U.S. clients, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building complex, user-facing platforms. The ideal candidate will join a mission-driven team focused on delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality software. In this role, we are looking for a QA-driven senior profile with a strong understanding of quality as a discipline, not only test automation. You are someone who can clearly define what to test, how to structure QA workflows, assess risk, and define QA strategy, making informed decisions about when automation adds value and when other testing approaches are more appropriate. You will lead quality assurance efforts across complex SaaS applications, owning quality outcomes end to end. This includes collaborating closely with engineering, product, and QA leadership, contributing to and evolving automated testing frameworks as part of a broader QA strategy, mentoring junior QA engineers, and continuously improving testing processes across the development lifecycle. If you are fluent in English, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with a high level of ownership and judgment in QA decisions, this role could be a great fit. The position is fully remote, and you will be integrated directly into the client’s engineering team. Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:

Assist in developing and executing manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.

Identify, document, and track software bugs using tools like Jira.

Work with QA Lead and developers to validate end-user workflows, bug fixes and perform regression testing.

Contribute to test plans, documentation, and QA process improvement initiatives.

Learn and use testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or similar and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.

Participate in agile sprints and ensure high test coverage for new and existing features.

Support accessibility, security, and performance testing best practices

Help incorporate AI tools into QA workflows for test automation or bugdetection.

Define and own QA strategy and test planning for assigned projects or features.

Ensure proper QA workflows are in place to avoid gaps and missed issues.

Apply risk-based testing to prioritize coverage and testing effort.

Act as a quality gate, knowing when to escalate or hand off tasks to other roles.

Execute and interpret results correclty from Data base queries, logs and metrics.

You will shine if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or completion of a QA or software testing bootcamp.

Proven experience as a Senior QA Engineer, with ownership over quality strategy and execution, not only test automation.

Strong QA mindset, with the ability to balance manual testing, exploratory testing, and automation.

Experience mentoring or guiding other QAs, or acting as a reference point for quality-related decisions.

Basic understanding of testing principles and familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, Selenium, TestRail, Playwright, or Postman.

Strong attention to detail, investigative skills, and a methodical approach to testing and documentation.

Ability to write clear and concise bug reports and reproduce issues accurately.

Willingness to learn automated testing frameworks and grow in the QA engineering career path.
