About the Role:

You will be part of DriveWealth’s QA team, embedded within a product line to ensure software meets QA standards while automating processes and testing. This role is ideal for someone who proactively shares ideas, suggests improvements, and raises concerns about quality issues.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for trading and post-trade reporting systems
  • Validate trade capture, enrichment, and reporting workflows across multiple asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX)
  • Perform end-to-end validation of trade reporting data to regulators (e.g., FINRA) including completeness, accuracy, and timeliness checks
  • Create and execute test strategies for trade reconciliation and report submissions
  • Collaborate with Product, Developers, and Compliance teams to interpret reporting rules and translate them into test scenarios
  • Implement and enhance CI/CD test automation integration (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar)
  • Leverage tools such as SQL, Python, or Java for test scripting and data validation
  • Conduct root cause analysis for data and reporting defects and work closely with dev teams to ensure timely resolutions
  • Develop regression suites and monitoring dashboards to ensure continued compliance with evolving regulatory requirements

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of experience in QA, with a focus on automation testing
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and post-trade reporting processes
  • Hands-on experience with Java/Python automation frameworks (e.g., RestAssured, PyTest, TestNG)
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience validating large datasets in relational/non-relational databases
  • Knowledge of FIX protocol, trade enrichment, and reference data flows
  • Experience in regulatory reporting systems (CAT, SFTR, or equivalent)
  • Exposure to data validation tools, message queues (Kafka/SQS), and reporting formats (XML, CSV, JSON)
  • Experience integrating tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
