Who we seek:

We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer for our Engineering team, reporting to the Team Lead. Our team is based in Hyderabad, and deals with large scale account activities. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for simulating large-scale environments, testing it and providing feedback on product quality.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced QA Engineer who has hands-on scripting experience and is passionate about high quality outcomes.

What you'll do:

Develop, design, and maintain robust test automation frameworks utilizing contemporary tools such as Playwright and Cypress.
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive end-to-end automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and data processing pipelines.
Accelerate test development by creating and maintaining reusable test components, utilities, and libraries.
Design and implement comprehensive API test automation
Continuously improve and maintain existing automation suites (regression, smoke, and sanity tests).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, DevOps) to improve system efficiency and ensure performant data handling.
Work with core infrastructure components like K8s, Kafka, databases etc
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

What you'll bring:

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance
5+ years of hands-on experience with test automation frameworks
Strong experience building end-to-end test automation from scratch
Proven track record of testing enterprise web applications or SaaS platforms
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Experience testing complex data workflows or data-intensive applications
