Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Diploma in automation is mandatory)

• Strong hands-on experience with Postman, Playwright, SoapUI, and JMeter

• Solid experience in API testing, UI automation, and performance testing

• Proficiency with scripting languages like C#, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

• Familiarity with container tools like Docker, AWS Lambda

• Understanding of performance testing principles and tools

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test scripts using Postman, Playwright, SoapUI, and JMeter

• Validate APIs for functionality, performance, and reliability

• Perform web UI testing using Playwright or Selenium

• Conduct performance/load testing with JMeter to ensure scalability

• Track and manage bugs using Jira and Azure DevOps, collaborating with developers for resolution

• Define test strategies and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing

• Maintain test documentation including test plans, cases, and execution reports
