Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring QA team members and reinforcing testing best practices
  • Defining and implementing QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex projects
  • Collaborating with Development, Product, and DevOps to align on quality standards
  • Performing manual functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright and/or RestAssured
  • Managing test execution, coverage, and reporting using XRay or similar tools
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution
  • Continuously improving QA processes, tools, and automation coverage

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including manual and automated testing
  • 1+ year of QA automation experience using Playwright and/or RestAssured
  • Hands-on experience with XRay for test management
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership/mentoring ability
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
