About the Project
We'll be supporting Premium Mail and other WebPros Cloud projects, including migration projects working with external customers to migrate their workloads onto the WebPros Cloud platform.

- Manages full projects including budget, scope and schedule. Able to break down problems into tasks and to create and manage a full project plan including all relevant actions to take and to steer
- Solid soft skills in interactions and leading within the projects, like active listening,motivating,trust-building, communication and conflict management
- Competent usage of project management and collaboration tools, whatever is used in the specific team, e.g. Confluence, Excel, Jira, Slack etc. Contributes actively to improvement of projects as well as tools and methods in use for project management
- Identifies and contributes to efficiency increasing opportunities. Optimizes single workflows
- Understands problem solving techniques, has ability to solve more complex problems by analyzing situations or data. Breaks down solution into a plan with tasks, actively managing changes and risks
- Includes planning for complete delivery of initiatives
- Gaining subject matter expertise, knows how to gather data to inform decisions
- Informs prioritization using any relevant factors (i.e. customer impact, revenue, resource and opportunity cost, strategy, etc.). May manage multiple workstreams while actively prioritizing the most crucial work

- Uses customer feedback and insights to improve communication, reporting and how to organize work

Yes, there is a 3-month probation period.
- What is the expected work schedule?
Full-time, flexible. You can work remotely and also you can choose hybrid mode where you can combine working on-site (in Lviv office) and remotely.
