Are you ready to lead some of the most innovative projects in the European financial sector? Vodeno is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and drive high-impact delivery in the Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) space.

What you will be doing

Impact & Responsibility

As a Senior Project Leader, you aren't just managing tasks—you are the focal point for transformation. You will:

• Own the Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end delivery from planning and governance to internal team management and client alignment.

• Drive Excellence: Ensure every project is delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Navigate Complexity: Work across Vodeno, UniCredit Bank, and client teams to deliver complex, visible, and internationally recognized financial concepts.

• Lead with Authority: Act as the primary point of contact for the client and the leader for the delivery teams.
