  • 5-6 years of IT project management experience, including in large corporate environments
  • Proven track record of managing mid- to large-scale and fixed-price projects
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, project life cycles, and project financials (profitability, revenue, margins, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Scrum
  • Experience with SAFe methodology is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with PMBOK and Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholders
  • Independent and proactive working style

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop full-scale project plans and track project tasks/milestones using appropriate tools
  • Effectively analyze and report on project status
  • Monitor project budgets (where applicable), ensuring efficient use of the investment
  • Confidently remediate at risk or underperforming projects in collaboration with project teams
  • Define project success criteria and communicate success criteria throughout the project life cycle
  • Conduct lessons learned and produce recommendations for future projects
  • Set and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve conflicts within a project team
  • Motivate project resources and empower them to take accountability for their assigned tasks
