POSITION OVERVEIW

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes. This role partners closely with Product, Delivery, Operations, and Technology teams, and, in some cases, external vendors to ensure alignment, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise priorities—on time, within budget, and in accordance with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, structured thinking, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. In addition, this role will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across all Operations unites to ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational needs for system upgrades and releases.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and closure
  • Assist (Directors of Operations, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams) with the definition, design, and development of projects.
  • Establish project governance, timelines, milestones, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs)
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation and resolution strategies
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Coordinate resources, manage priorities, and ensure alignment across multiple teams
  • Drive change management efforts to support adoption of new processes, tools, or initiatives
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting and insights
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Support e2e process of preparation, elaboration and follow-up of the business UATs
  • Execute and coordinate UAT test cases, document defects, track issue resolution, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with technical and business users to gather feedback, validate system changes, and ensure successful deployment readiness.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • College degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMI), preferred
  • Excellent English (oral and written)

 

Experience

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience (in a complex, fast-paced environment)
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level initiatives with measurable impact
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to lead meetings in English with large audiences, including VP-level stakeholders
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • 2+ years of experience supporting business systems validation UATs, or related QA/business operations activities in a cross-functional environment.

Skills

  • Project Management Tools: M.S. Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CODA, flowcharting applications, and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively multitask
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on producing various forms of documentation
  • Must be willing to travel (1-2 times per year)
  • Strong understanding of how technology supports business operations, including business applications, reporting systems, databases, and operational platforms.
  • Ability to translate business and customer needs into effective solutions by prioritizing requirements and applying industry best practices across financial services and technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in testing business processes and system workflows.
  • This position requires minimal supervision and is expected to operate independently, exercising a high level of decision-making
