5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Product Leadership roles
Experience building fintech, trading, or high-complexity digital products
Strong ability to structure ambiguity and turn ideas into execution plans
Decisive, user-focused, and execution-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial systems
Background working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
Technical understanding of engineering workflows or APIs
Experience launching products from 0 → 1
Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals
Translate business ideas and requirements into clear product features
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations
Drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch
