What you'll do

  • Lead Projects from Start to Finish – Oversee all phases of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Foster Collaboration – Build trust and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Drive Business & Process Improvements – Lead change management efforts, optimize workflows, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and impact.
  • Manage Risks & Challenges – Identify potential project risks, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and communicate key updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery – Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope and budget.
  • Document & Analyze Outcomes – Maintain comprehensive project documentation, oversee post-project reviews, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

 

What you'll bring

  • Proven Experience – At least 7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Influence – Ability to engage, influence, and hold executives and team members accountable to deliverables.
  • Strong Analytical & Communication Skills – Comfort in translating technical and business matters across multiple disciplines and effective communication to all levels of the organization.
  • Process-Oriented Mindset – Ability to break down information into systematic, actionable steps.
  • Tech-Savvy Approach – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management and data visualization tools.
  • Education & Certification – A bachelor’s degree is required, along with a PMP or similar certification.
  • Preferred ExperienceExperience in Manufacturing, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Nonprofits, or social enterprises – a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in social impact work, particularly supporting individuals affected by the justice system. Experience in capital projects, organizational change management, consulting experience, and systems and software development projects also a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License – A current Washington driver’s license with the ability to meet company-approved driving requirements.
