Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
• Manage and mentor large, cross-functional teams.
• Implement efficient workflows and monitor timely submissions.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
• Allocate and manage resources (budget, tools, personnel).
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Apply art market knowledge to align with project goals.

Requirements

• 6–7 years of proven project management experience with complex projects and large teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge and interest in the art world.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
