Position Summary
The Senior Change & Project Manager LATAM will be key to OKTO’s growth in Latin America, leading the end-to-end delivery of the region’s most critical strategic programs. The role brings structure, alignment, and speed across teams, working closely with the Group CEO, COO, and ELT, and coordinating with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Finance to ensure fast, controlled, high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery:
- Own the full lifecycle of LATAM’s priority programs agreed by the ELT, from definition to delivery, ensuring pace, structure, and accountability for drift. Drive decision-making, remove blockers, and maintain alignment across functions and time zones.
Business Case & Strategic Execution:
- Build and refine business cases, assess impact, model scenarios, and quantify trade-offs to support prioritization and investment decisions for LATAM growth initiatives.
Change Management & Adoption:
- Design and implement the behavioural, process, and organizational changes required for OKTO’s AI-native and merchant-obsessed operating model. Create adoption frameworks including communication, training, rituals, and reinforcement mechanisms to ensure lasting change.
Cross-Functional & External Alignment:
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Finance to deliver unified outcomes. Represent OKTO confidently with merchants, partners, and sometimes regulators, translating complex technical and operational topics into clear, business-centric language.
Ownership Clarification & Workstream Accountability:
- Proactively identify gaps or ambiguities in ownership, ensure every workstream has a clearly accountable lead, and follow up rigorously to maintain traction and alignment.
Governance & Transparency:
- Establish a structured “heartbeat” of reviews, reporting, and escalation paths that protect quality and maintain momentum. Provide the CEO and ELT with radical clarity on status, risks, mitigations, dependencies, and decisions required.
Risk, Integrity & Auditor Mindset:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks early, digging beneath the surface to verify facts and ensure integrity of information, plans, and reporting, never accepting assumptions at face value.
