We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in launching and running client engagements across our Dedicated Team and Team Extension services. The successful candidate will drive delivery execution and governance from initiation through ongoing delivery, with a strong emphasis on client governance and communication, people management, and commercial discipline. You will also support pre-sales activities, help shape delivery approaches, and identify delivery-driven upsell opportunities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring predictable outcomes, strong client trust, and sustainable growth of our accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project/delivery management experience in a software development/services environment, with senior ownership of client-facing delivery and governance
  • Proven ability to run multiple parallel engagements, balancing priorities, risks, stakeholders, and constraints without losing predictability
  • Demonstrated experience in client governance and communication: stakeholder mapping, steering/check-in cadences, executive-ready status reporting, and escalation management
  • Strong people leadership in a matrix environment: supporting team health, retention, onboarding/offboarding, and resolving conflicts constructively
  • Strong commercial discipline: tracking burn/utilization, supporting forecasting and invoicing inputs, understanding contract constraints, and spotting delivery signals that lead to expansion or risk to renewal
  • Strong hands-on proficiency with delivery tooling and reporting and the ability to set up lightweight, scalable delivery dashboards and routines
  • Solid technical literacy across modern software delivery (cloud platforms, web/mobile, data, integrations, SDLC, DevOps fundamentals) and ability to translate between engineering teams and business stakeholders
  • Advanced English (C1/C2)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary delivery and governance contact for assigned client accounts (Dedicated Team and Team Extension), ensuring clear communication, transparency, and aligned expectations
  • Drive strong client governance: regular check-ins/steering calls, stakeholder mapping, action tracking, and systematic capture and follow-up on client feedback and satisfaction signals
  • Own end-to-end delivery coordination across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure where applicable; in Team Extension engagements, ensure smooth integration with the client’s process and protect delivery flow without duplicating the client PM role
  • Lead resourcing and team health for the engagement: capacity planning, onboarding/offboarding coordination, retention risk management, and conflict resolution in collaboration with Engineering leadership
  • Ensure commercial hygiene in partnership with Sales/Finance: track burn/utilization and forecasts, support invoicing inputs where needed, and surface risks to margin or renewal early
  • Build and maintain a lightweight delivery operations toolkit: dashboards, templates, metrics, and documentation practices that reduce manual reporting and improve predictability across accounts
  • Identify delivery-driven expansion opportunities (new needs, roadmap gaps, process improvements) and shape options, proposals, and next-step recommendations
