Position
Jung von Matt is looking for a Senior Project Manager Digital - Platforms (d/f/m) for our Experience team. You lead complex digital platform projects built on composable architectures and headless ecosystems - guiding clients and teams through discovery, build, migration and rollouts, always balancing quality, budget and timing.
Your tasks:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of composable platform projects (website/e-commerce/app ecosystems) and coordinate interdisciplinary teams
- Drive requirements, backlog, dependencies and risk management for headless/composable setups
- Plan and steer technical implementation with Tech Leads and developers (APIs, integrations, environments, release planning)
- Coordinate content and design workflows (content modeling, migration plans, component libraries, QA) to ensure a consistent user experience
- Facilitate key stakeholder decisions and keep governance, scope and budget under control
What you score with:
- Several years of experience in digital project management/consulting (agency or comparable), including technically complex deliveries
- Proven experience with Composable Architecture/Headless CMS/DXP projects
- Practical familiarity with systems such as Storyblok, Contentful, plus e-commerce components like Shopify or SCAYLE (or comparable stacks)
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to challenge requirements constructively
- Confidence in agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), estimation, planning, and reporting
- Clear communicator in German and English; able to “translate” between business, design and engineering
- Proactive, structured, quality-driven - with a strong sense for UX/UI and content design
Experience:
- Experience with platform relaunches, migrations, or multi-market rollouts with integrations (e.g., commerce, CRM, search, analytics)
- Working with internal development teams and external partners and coordinating multi-vendor setups
