The Senior PM will be based in either Dublin, Cork, or Galway
- You will be working on large scale, multi-sector construction projects for high-profile clients.
- There is a large client-facing component to the role.
- The role will cover projects through the whole project lifecycle.
- You will be expected to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- You will be working closely with an Associate Director / Project Director to complete capital investment programs.
- 10+ years total construction industry experience.
- Degree in a Construction, Engineering, Architecture, QS, or similar.
- Postgrad qualification in Project Management (completed, working towards, or desire to undertake).
- Will have worked on building projects - not infrastructure.
- Ideally will have significant consultancy side experience.
- Significant Design Management & Client Facing experience
- Chartered status or working towards
- Experience working with both Public & Private sector clients.
- Salary minimum €65k but can go up to €80-90k for people with the right experience.
