JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Creative & Media team. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff. 

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong technical PM skills and paid media expertise to join our team! You'll be the strategic force behind high-impact campaigns for one of the world's leading technology companies, managing complex paid search and media projects that drive significant annual revenue. Your ability to bring structure to ambitious, fast-paced initiatives, while simultaneously driving strategic advancement and team excellence will be essential. You'll own the delivery of sophisticated, multi-channel initiatives while shaping how our team works, scales, and delivers exceptional results for a global brand.

A Senior Project Manager at DEPT® is a strategic leader who doesn't just manage projects - you direct them. You're the calm authority in complex, high-stakes environments, turning chaos into structure and ambiguity into clear action plans. Your leadership isn't about administration; it's about setting direction, elevating team performance, and keeping both clients and stakeholders aligned on what truly matters. You possess the rare combination of hands-on execution excellence and strategic vision - managing intricate paid media operations while simultaneously shaping processes, building roadmaps, and enabling your teams to deliver at their highest level. Your communication cuts through complexity; you speak fluently with clients, designers, developers, and leadership alike. You know when to drive forward and when to redirect, ensuring projects don't just succeed - they exceed expectations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the delivery and execution of complex paid media and search campaigns, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and shifting client priorities to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project outcomes;
• Drive team enablement and process excellence through sprint planning, structured communication flows, roadmap development, and optimization of PM tools and workflows to elevate delivery standards;
• Partner strategically with the cross-functional teams to define processes, establish best practices and translate business objectives into tangible action plans;
• Serve as a strategic advisor and direction-setter to the client, managing ad hoc requests and strategic projects while maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and keeping momentum on critical initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing, media, or complex project environments;
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex paid media and search campaigns, with deep understanding of paid search project complexity;
• Demonstrated ability to create structure and process in fast-paced environments;
• Strong leadership capabilities with a "direction setter" mindset - someone who confidently guides both clients and teams back on track when priorities shift;
• Expert-level proficiency with project management tools (bonus points if that's Asana!)
• Extensive experience in scope management, sprint planning, and delivery timeline creation;
• Proven track record as a team builder and enabler, with the ability to elevate team performance and establish workflows that empower rather than burden;
• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes, including ability to translate between technical teams, creative departments, and C-level business stakeholders;
• Expertise in establishing structured communication flows, performance reporting, and process frameworks that drive accountability and results;
• Excellent client management and communication skills, with ability to manage ad hoc requests, handle scope changes, and maintain clear stakeholder alignment;
• Fluency in English
