Senior Project Manager - D365 F&O

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and hands on Senior Project Manager in Sydney to join our team and lead digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, execution, and project team management
• Work closely with our customers and the HSO consulting team to ensure business requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner
• Ensure project success in terms of scope, schedule, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination
• Manage project resources, risks, and contracts
• Participate in steering committee and strategy meetings
• Run daily stand ups as necessary
• Reporting, invoicing, budgetary control and governance
• Utilize HSO's proven project methodology to successfully deliver projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, SureStep, PMI
• Experience in the service/consulting industry with an understanding of the challenges in this field
• Ability to lead and motivate larger project teams, many of whom are working remotely
• Excellent presentation and conflict management skills
• Willingness to travel for project-related activities
• The right to work in Australia
