Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
We are partnering with a leading fintech company looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams to deliver successful project outcomes
- Manage customer and stakeholder expectations
- Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, risks, and issues
- Provide regular project status updates and reporting
- Ensure compliance with project governance, SOPs, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery methodologies
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience managing medium to large-scale projects
- Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
- While strong English language proficiency is essential, the ability to converse in Mandarin is desirable for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.
