As a  Senior Project Manager, you will be a strategic operational engine for an entertainment client in LATAM. Acting as a bridge between internal Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) internal cross-functional teams and external partners, you will oversee the full lifecycle of marketing deliverables.

While this role is primarily focused on managing the output and timelines of agency deliverables, a background in event production and influencer marketing will be a significant advantage in ensuring high-quality execution and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for turning complex marketing strategies into organized, actionable workflows, ensuring YouTube’s initiatives—from events to marketing campaigns—are delivered on time and at the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Agency & Deliverable Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the event and creative agencies, overseeing the production of all marketing assets and ensuring they meet client's brand standards and deadlines.
  • Strategic Project Oversight: Directly support PMMs in achieving their OKRs by building and maintaining robust project trackers and managing complex cross-functional workflows.
  • Internal Program Organization & Operational Engine: Act as the primary driver for organizing marketing programs internally. You are responsible for translating high-level marketing strategies into specific, actionable deliverables and roadmaps. You will build and maintain robust project trackers, defining clear milestones and ensuring constant alignment across all internal cross-functional teams, manage creative briefs and feedback loops to final handoffs and post-mortem reporting.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external partners to resolve bottlenecks and align priorities.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a "bird’s-eye view" of all active projects, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and that shifting priorities are handled with agility.
  • Strategic & Administrative Support: Support PMMs by organizing strategic presentations and maintaining high-level project visibility. You will provide leadership with updates on campaign status, budget consumption, and critical path milestones.

About You

The essentials:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Expertise: 6+ years of experience managing complex marketing projects in fast-paced environments (e.g., tech, entertainment, or major advertising agencies).
  • [Desired] - The "Event Production" Edge: Demonstrated experience or deep familiarity with the mechanics of event production. You should understand the "backstage" of events well enough to effectively challenge and manage an agency's delivery timeline and quality.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. You must be able to influence stakeholders at all levels in both languages.
  • Operational Discipline:  A proven track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity, if needed.

  • You are a "Connector", excels at navigating complex organizations, ensuring that Creative, Media, and Internal teams are talking to each other and moving in the same direction.
  • You are Structured yet Agile, bringing order to chaos, allowing PMMs to focus on strategy while you handle the operational rigor of execution.
  • You are a "process-oriented" thinker who finds joy in a perfectly organized spreadsheet or Gantt chart.
  • You know how to push an agency to deliver their best work while maintaining a collaborative, professional relationship.
  • Experience with reputation and key opinion former campaigns a plus
