🎯 Your Mission
As experienced project manager, you are responsible for the realisation of our most complex customised solutions.
- You organise the project kick-off, clearly communicating the objectives, project structure, timeline, and approach to the stakeholders within the project.
- You develop comprehensible project plans, establish milestones to be met and closely monitor the execution of tasks through your close follow-up.
- You plan and allocate resources efficiently.
- You control and monitor strict compliance of the budget and ensure correct invoicing.
- You ensure high quality standards of project deliverables, including interim validation and acceptance.
- You monitor deadlines and anticipate for all possible changes.
- You remain vigilant to changes in the scope, time or budget of the project, identifying contract variations.
- You assess and manage potential risks.
- You establish and monitor criteria for successful project completion.
- You ensure transparent stakeholder management and effective management of expectations throughout the project.
- You organize and lead meetings and secure reporting.
🧠 Your Profile
- Master’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience as Project Manager, and 10–15 years of professional experience overall
- Proven experience in intralogistics is a strong asset – otherwise, experience in complex industrial project environments (rail, energy, aerospace, etc.)
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills: you’re not afraid to negotiate with clients, suppliers, and internal managers to secure resources and drive success
- Hands-on, communicative, autonomous and structured
- Familiar with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK)
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
- Willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
