Our client, a major player in commercial construction with operations across North America, is
hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale vertical construction projects. The ideal
candidate brings 10+ years of experience managing complex builds such as high-rise towers,
data centers, or distribution facilities, with strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead all phases of commercial construction projects valued at $20M+
● Organize and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project success
● Oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and contract negotiation
● Maintain high standards of documentation and stakeholder communication
● Represent the company in project meetings and with owners/clients
● Apply deep working knowledge of BIM, Primavera, MS Project, and related tools
Qualifications:
● 10+ years of commercial construction management experience (vertical builds required)
● Proven success managing mid to large-scale projects ($20M+)
● Proficient in Primavera, BIM, MS Project, Excel, and Word
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and contract management abilities
● Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
