This role provides the opportunity to lead complex client engagements in eDiscovery and legal technology services, managing project delivery, budgets, and client expectations. You will act as a trusted consultant, advising clients on best practices, driving efficiency, and optimizing workflows to reduce costs and accelerate project outcomes. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, mentoring project staff, and contributing to the development of standards and process improvements. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality results while supporting the adoption of technology solutions. Ideal candidates are proactive, highly organized, and able to navigate fast-paced environments while maintaining strong client relationships.
Accountabilities:
Lead end-to-end management of eDiscovery and client service projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing consultation on workflows, technology use, and best practices
Plan, monitor, and manage internal and external communications with project teams and clients
Train and mentor team members on workflows, tools, and project management methodologies
Create and manage work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks
Forecast project risks and opportunities, escalating issues and proposing solutions proactively
Develop and maintain project documentation and standards to support scalable client service delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or JD preferred, or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of professional experience with at least 4 years in eDiscovery project management
5+ years in law departments, law firms, legal consulting, or eDiscovery services
Proficiency with Relativity platform and eDiscovery workflows
Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility and adaptability to changing client and project demands
