A Project Manager at CT is responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting the delivery of inflight enterprise information management (EIM) initiatives. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, the Project Manager will also drive process enhancements and ensure best practices are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a 6 month contract role.
Requirements
What you’ll do:
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across two critical projects, within a regulated or public sector environment.
- Partner with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success measures.
- Lead projects involving enterprise content and records management, ensuring alignment with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resourcing, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Run regular project meetings, track actions, and proactively follow up to drive outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communications and provide regular stakeholder updates.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation plans.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance obligations.
- Resolve conflicts, conduct project reviews, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage project closure, including handover, documentation, and post-project evaluations.

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or a related field (desirable).
- Proven experience coordinating projects, ideally within an MSP and/or regulated environment.
- Strong domain exposure to enterprise content and records management.
- Experience or exposure to MFA or IT security-related projects is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to follow up and drive tasks through to completion.
- Track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach with clear, confident, and consistent communication.
