Senior Project Manager

BlackStone eIT seeks a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of our innovative projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving project success, ensuring that deliverables meet stakeholder expectations while maintaining high standards of quality.

Your role will involve not only managing the day-to-day operations of projects but also collaborating closely with various teams to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. You will be responsible for meticulous planning, resource allocation, and overall project coordination, leveraging your expertise to navigate challenges and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, clearly defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and maintain consistent project communication.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates and adjustments as necessary.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues that arise.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, promoting a positive work environment and effective teamwork.
• Conduct project retrospectives to evaluate results and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Management, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of proven project management experience in the technology or software industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex projects with successful outcomes.
• Deep understanding of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate project goals effectively.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
