Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all phases of project development from conceptualization to implementation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resources, and communication strategies.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to assertively define project requirements and expectations.
• Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of team members and tools.
• Regularly assess project progress, prepare progress reports, and communicate status to clients and executive leadership.
• Identifying potential project risks and implementing effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, encouraging open communication among project teams and stakeholders.
• Execute post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, particularly within the technology or software sectors.
• Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale projects with varying complexities.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and software tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relay information clearly and effectively.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable.
