Your New Role

CML Security is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our operations team in Murfreesboro, TN. This is a full-time, in-person position responsible for overseeing large and complex construction projects from start to finish. You’ll manage scope, budgets, timelines, and field execution while mentoring Project Managers and Engineers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and oversee multiple high-risk or large-scale projects to successful completion

  • Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and contract approvals

  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams

  • Monitor financials, including forecasts, cost tracking, and cash flow

  • Direct the preparation of submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation

  • Perform risk assessments and lead constructability reviews

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and site-specific requirements

  • Provide coaching and leadership to your project teams

  • Support hiring efforts and drive process improvements for operational excellence

  • Travel to job sites as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (required)

  • Master’s degree or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (preferred)

  • Extensive experience in construction project management (minimum 8 years)

  • Proven leadership managing teams of Project Managers and Engineers

  • Strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Timberline or similar tools

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Onscreen Takeoff is a plus

  • OSHA-30 certification or willingness to complete upon hire

  • Willing and able to travel to project sites as needed
