As a Senior Project Manager, you'll partner with senior leaders to drive complex, end-to-end projects across strategy, creative, tech, and performance. You excel at building lasting client relationships, balancing innovative business development, profitability, and creative excellence.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead diverse, fast-moving global and local programs, including innovation, strategy, creative, complex technology, and performance marketing.
• Define clear project scopes that set a strong foundation for success.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, covering objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Forecast and plan resource needs across teams, assisting with proactive allocation.
• Guide teams to meet project goals, translating business needs into actionable tasks.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, refining acceptance criteria and aligning delivery with business objectives.
• Ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality products that exceed client expectations.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication and alignment among all stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners.
• Drive for excellence in end-user experience and business relevance.

• You are comfortable working autonomously and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
• You have several years of project management experience from a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• You're curious about new technologies like AI and how they can shape the future.
• You inspire and mentor project teams with an energetic and positive mindset.
• Excellent communication in English is essential; Danish is a valuable plus.
