Salary: 9 700 - 11 500 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)
11 640 - 13 800 PLN net (B2B)

What you will do:

• Efficiently oversee and manage complex projects in the area of graphic design, branding strategy, communication campaigns (brand identity implementation, transformation, marketing campaigns)
• Work closely and coordinate a creative project team, conduct planning sessions, set priorities, project tasks and deadlines 
• Create project briefing, budget and cost estimation
• Regularly monitor project status, timeline, used hours and budget and take necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure completing projects on a specific schedule and within an agreed-upon budget and estimated hours
• Oversee, plan, coordinate and conduct meetings with clients
• Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Admind’s business 
• Build, maintain and strengthen relations with clients, collect, address and implement clients' comments and feedback
• Work closely with Design Leads and Growth Team in developing proposals, pitching ideas to the clients
• Track and report on key metrics such as project profitability, billable time and provide recommendations how to improve them in given project
• Mentor and support junior members of the team while working on projects
